Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Philosophy
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we accept returns only for items that are **unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all brand tags intact and attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Received a defective item? We will arrange a 1-to-1 exchange immediately. Please contact our concierge at WhatsApp or email.
